Overview
Yarrabilba is a vibrant, master-planned community in Logan, Queensland, now under Stockland’s stewardship. Originally envisioned by Lendlease in 2010, the suburb is designed to accommodate 50,000 residents across 20,000 homes, with a future town centre, schools, parks, and community spaces driving long-term growth and liveability.
Today, over 10,000 residents call Yarrabilba home. The estate continues to expand, backed by strong environmental, cultural, and economic foundations.


Our Role
Rowles Site Solutions was selected as the Construction Waste Partner to support the estate’s early-stage development. Working alongside Lendlease and Coreo, we delivered a tailored waste management program designed to support clean, efficient, and hazard-free construction sites.

Skip Bag Deployment & Collection for each stage
Regular Site Cleans & Hazard Mitigation
Dedicated Waste Streams (concrete, brick, timber, gyprock)
Recycling-First Approach: ~95% of materials reused or recovered

Yarrabilba was always more than just a housing estate—it was conceived as a sustainable, self-contained urban hub. Our waste services helped bring this vision to life by:
