Building material recycling. Sorted.

Building material recycling is becoming more and more important for builders and their trades. Rowles Site Solutions works hard to recover, reuse and recycle building materials using our end-to-end building material recycling solution.

Our process involves collecting construction waste in dedicated skip bags and conducting on-site waste stream segregation and removal. This ensures we can recover and recycle building materials before they become contaminated, reducing the amount of waste that goes into landfill.

How to improve your building material recycling.

Rowles Site Solutions is a leading provider of building material recycling solutions that are both cost effective and environmentally friendly. With a commitment to reducing waste in the construction industry, we’ve developed an industry-leading recycling system that maximises the reuse, recovery, and repurposing of construction waste.

This approach not only helps to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills, but also helps to lower construction costs – making it an ideal solution for builders and tradespeople.

A skip for every trade, at every stage

Our end-to-end recycling solution includes dedicated skip bags for each major stage of the construction process. By capturing specific waste types in the correct skip bag, we can easily recycle and recover construction waste. Whether it’s bricks, concrete, timber, tiles or plasterboard, Rowles Site Solutions set up dedicated skip bags for each stage of the construction process – almost as if every trade has their own skip.

Saving money, and the planet.

Our building material recycling solution is designed to be as cost effective as possible, helping to keep construction costs down and make sustainable building practices easier for everyone. At Rowles Site Solutions, we believe that a more sustainable construction process shouldn’t break the budget. We work hard to ensure our end-to-end construction recycling solution is good for the planet, but also your bottom line. That’s why our recycling solution costs about the same as using skip bins. For a lot of builders, it’s a no-brainer.

Recycling 95% of construction waste.

Rowles Site Solutions have developed recycling streams for almost every type of waste that comes off a construction site, including concrete, timber, plasterboard, plastics, steel, tiles and many other construction materials. In fact, our end-to-end recycling system recycles, reuses or recovers almost 95% of construction waste.

Whether you’re looking to reduce your carbon footprint, lower your construction costs, improve safety or simply make a more positive impact on the environment, Rowles Site Solutions is the leading building material recycling solution.

Sort out your construction waste once and for all

How our end-to-end construction waste and recycling solution works.

Our construction waste solution goes beyond the collection and recycling of construction waste. Rowles Site Solutions works closely with builders to improve safety on their construction sites by removing waste and potential hazards at each stage of the construction process.

From concrete and bricks to gyprock and plasterboard, all building waste is collected and recycled at each major stage, providing builders and trades with a clean slate to begin the next stage of construction.

Getting started.

To help us get your project set up smoothly, we’ll need a few things from you before we deliver your first waste bag:

  • A copy of your site plans.
  • The purchase order(s) for the job, matching the values in your pricing schedule.

Having this information will enable us to set up your project with all necessary details, including allowances for waste and brick bags.

Remember, we need at least three days’ notice to schedule any job.  If you need something done urgently, we can help, but a Call Out fee may apply.

Slab.

Book in your first site clean when external drainage is complete and before frame delivery.

What you can expect from us:
Framing.

Please let our office know the expected date when the framers will be finished, as well as the expected date for brick delivery. This helps us schedule masonry and brick bag setup.

Let our team know where you’d like us to place the masonry and brick bags for the bricklayers, and how many bags you’ll need, based on site access.

What you can expect from us:
Brick & Cladding.

When the masonry bags are full, get in touch with us for removal. If space allows, we can also change over bags during the bricklaying and roofing process to ensure the trades have enough room to work.

What you can expect from us:
Gyprock/Lock Up.

If your Gyprockers aren’t removing their own waste, we can supply a Gyprock waste bag for an additional charge.
