Circular economies for master planned communities.

Every year, Australia’s construction industry generates approximately 30 million tonnes of waste, with each new home built contributing around two tonnes of materials directly into landfill. Valuable resources like bricks, concrete, timber, plasterboard, steel, tiles, plastics, and cardboard are regularly discarded, placing a heavy burden on our environment.

At Rowles Site Solutions, we believe there’s a better way.

We’ve pioneered an innovative system designed specifically to recover, recycle, and reuse almost all waste produced on construction sites. By transforming waste into valuable resources, we’re not only helping property developers achieve their sustainability goals – we’re actively contributing to the creation of circular economies within new Australian communities.

It’s no wonder some of Australia’s largest property developers choose Rowles Site Solutions as their trusted partner in sustainable construction practices. Together, we’re reshaping how communities are built, minimising environmental impacts, and paving the way toward a cleaner, greener future.

Join us in making construction waste a thing of the past.

Recycling, reusing and recovering construction materials.

Our circular economy solution is specifically designed to prevent waste from reaching landfill by establishing clear and effective pathways for discarded construction materials. Many of these materials are redirected to other construction sites or community projects, significantly reducing waste and promoting resource efficiency.

Rowles Site Solutions actively recovers, recycles, and reuses these valuable resources, making them freely accessible to builders and residents, driving sustainability and supporting thriving communities.

A local solution for a global problem.

Central to our circular economy solution is a dedicated local depot, strategically positioned to efficiently manage waste from construction sites within each master-planned community.

Here, materials are carefully sorted and made readily available to builders and community members for reuse in new projects. Any materials that can’t be directly reused are responsibly recycled into new products.

Through strong partnerships with specialist recyclers, Rowles ensures every material finds its way into a recycling stream, effectively diverting waste from landfill and contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.

Sort out your construction waste once and for all

How our end-to-end construction waste and recycling solution works.

Our construction waste solution goes beyond the collection and recycling of construction waste. Rowles Site Solutions works closely with builders to improve safety on their construction sites by removing waste and potential hazards at each stage of the construction process.

From concrete and bricks to gyprock and plasterboard, all building waste is collected and recycled at each major stage, providing builders and trades with a clean slate to begin the next stage of construction.

Getting started.

To help us get your project set up smoothly, we’ll need a few things from you before we deliver your first waste bag:

  • A copy of your site plans.
  • The purchase order(s) for the job, matching the values in your pricing schedule.

Having this information will enable us to set up your project with all necessary details, including allowances for waste and brick bags.

Remember, we need at least three days’ notice to schedule any job.  If you need something done urgently, we can help, but a Call Out fee may apply.

Slab.

Book in your first site clean when external drainage is complete and before frame delivery.

What you can expect from us:
Framing.

Please let our office know the expected date when the framers will be finished, as well as the expected date for brick delivery. This helps us schedule masonry and brick bag setup.

Let our team know where you’d like us to place the masonry and brick bags for the bricklayers, and how many bags you’ll need, based on site access.

What you can expect from us:
Brick & Cladding.

When the masonry bags are full, get in touch with us for removal. If space allows, we can also change over bags during the bricklaying and roofing process to ensure the trades have enough room to work.

What you can expect from us:
Gyprock/Lock Up.

If your Gyprockers aren’t removing their own waste, we can supply a Gyprock waste bag for an additional charge.

What you can expect from us:
Final Clean.

The Final Clean is scheduled when the house is ready to be handed over to the landscaper, or when the keys are handed to the owner.
